The annual hosting fee covers your server costs, SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, security updates and email support for the year. Without this, your store would have no home on the internet.
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans support custom domains. You can connect your existing domain (like yourstore.com) and we provide a step-by-step DNS setup guide. Basic plan gets a free subdomain like yourstore.shopsetu.store.
We support Razorpay (Basic and above) and Stripe (Pro and above). Both support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets. You connect your own gateway account so payments go directly to your bank.
No. ShopSetu does not take any percentage of your sales. You pay your payment gateway's standard fees (Razorpay charges ~2%) but ShopSetu takes nothing. 100% of your revenue is yours.
Minor changes like banner text, contact info and policies are covered under the hosting plan. Major design changes or new features are quoted separately. Pro and Enterprise plans include more flexible support.
